Alessandra Almazan knows biracial hair, with all its unexpected ways, ie. loosely curled in some places and more tightly curled in others. Anyone who has Afro mixed heritage knows the challenge of finding a hairdresser! I called ahead and asked, she said she had experience, and she wasn’t lying. Great cut and great color. Best service! I really had the best attention and loved my make up
I am giving a one star because I cannot give ZERO stars. On Tuesday - I made an appointment for Friday with Misty to sew my extensions back, telling her I needed to leave NY next day Saturday and I really needed her. A few hours before my appointment she texts me cancelling bc she worked 5 days straight - no apologies. I asked her to make good on her word and she said she had family engagements. I have never been treated this way by a salon ever.
