Great service, amazing environment :)
I called and booked an appointment to have a procedure done and instead they booked me for a consult to refer me to another Dentist when I already had an appointment and referral with said Dentist 3 weeks later . They charged me 150$ for the visit that very clearly didn’t need to happen. When I questioned the charge they informed me that I didn’t book the right appointment and this was my fault. I was a patient for 10 years with zero complaints until now. Bad business practices have me looking for a new dentist.
Really great staff. Best experience I’ve had with a dentist.
Had a dental cleaning with Martha - she is wonderful. A great experience.
