Staff was friendly and courteous. They were very thorough in explanation of procedure and insurance coverage.
Gentle, quality care
Amazing dental office. Staff is very kind and knowledable. They do extremely well at keeping patient comfortable (distractive techniques when giving injections will give you chapstick if needed, always checking in). They make going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience than other offices I have been to.
I wish to thank everyone for the help last Monday. I was visiting the Napa area from Pennsylvania and broke a tooth the evening before. As the office opened the next morning at 8:00am, I was waiting at the doorstep with hopes that I could have my tooth repaired that day. Everyone that I come in contact with was so very kind and found an opening in the days schedule to fit me in. The repair went well and I was able to fully enjoy the rest of my visit in the valley.
