Sure, like all parts of the NHS, they are overstretched, but the staff here are always so friendly, their kindness and care goes a long way
After being referred to another GP due to a lack of availability at this one, I had to return to St. Giles Surgery to obtain a barcode for the blood test script to undergo testing at King’s College Hospital. Unexpectedly, they tested me directly at the surgery, which was excellent news. However, the nurse who performed the test was very careless and caused me significant pain. It was the first time I had experienced so much discomfort during a blood test. I ended up with a bruise on my right arm that lasted for several days.... read more
The new nurse (late 2024) is an absolute disaster in all aspects, both for adults and children. Stay away.
