The estate is very disgusting, full of drug dealers and disgusting overall. They have built affordable housing / council flat inside the Chelsea Creek housing criminals, drug users and dealers etc. Management are rude and abusive. We were DECEIVED by the landlord & his name “ Saadat Jabrayilzade “ because he is not returning the "security deposit" back to us. We rented from Chelseacreek “dockside house 53” . Even though we kept the apartment new as it was !!! Moreover the concierge won't help us as "a tenant " to get back the security deposit to this day there is no response from the landlord !! It was the worst experience we ever had. It's an untrustworthy, unreliable company !!!
