The management team was top notch in customer service and knowledge of the premises. Staff is easy to work with and always available to solve any problems that may arise due to any maintenance issues or contractual paperwork questions. Nena Williams is an excellent manager and Mary Williams seems to know her job very well.

It is with sad reveal that my property manager showed who he really is, after reporting an concern to owner relations that a rent increase had taken place in August of 2022, her email was that she had no knowledge and I provided proof that the tenant paid, I get a termination email. Krsholdings Richmond VA. SHAME on you. Before anyone look to hire " look deep before you leap" . Poor Business I gatevto say.
Run they don’t fix anything but want to charge you for repairs they are rude they add fees to your account I sent a complaint to bbb this company is fraud n need to be shut down
On May 7 2020, I started my rental contract with KRS Holdings. I never had any complaints sent to the company about my stay. I was an on time paying customer and was never late. My rent was 1295.00 a month. Covid hit and i was still paying my rent on time.. I received an email On 2/12/21 about renewing my lease and the landlord/company wanted to increase the rent 20% which I didnt have an issue with that but i wanted to know why..
