It is with sad reveal that my property manager showed who he really is, after reporting an concern to owner relations that a rent increase had taken place in August of 2022, her email was that she had no knowledge and I provided proof that the tenant paid, I get a termination email. Krsholdings Richmond VA. SHAME on you. Before anyone look to hire " look deep before you leap" . Poor Business I gatevto say.
Run they don’t fix anything but want to charge you for repairs they are rude they add fees to your account I sent a complaint to bbb this company is fraud n need to be shut down
On May 7 2020, I started my rental contract with KRS Holdings. I never had any complaints sent to the company about my stay. I was an on time paying customer and was never late. My rent was 1295.00 a month. Covid hit and i was still paying my rent on time.. I received an email On 2/12/21 about renewing my lease and the landlord/company wanted to increase the rent 20% which I didnt have an issue with that but i wanted to know why.. KRS Holdings put my life in danger with their negligence. First, James Bristol pressured me into getting my apartment without seeing it first. When I did get to see it, there was a huge puddle in the kitchen where there had been a leak. He not only assured me that would be fixed before I moved in but that I would not be responsible for the gas bill. There was no inspection or review before I moved in. If service is important to you, then KRS Rentals is the place for you. They never take more than 3 weeks to respond to initial emergency issues or 6 weeks to repair. Experience the quality of service with 6 weeks of no A/C in the summer months of Richmond or 6 weeks of no heat in the dead of winter. This company is one of the worst yet since they bought the apartments where I live they have done nothing to fix anything all they want is money and for you to shut up and hand it over and be quiet. Please don’t rent for them it’s taking calling the news to get anything done. It’s ridiculous That its taken this.. please don’t ever rent from them we have water issues and paint peeling off the walls and mold it’s horrible..
