Disappointing here today, I’ve been going to the store for many years . I called yesterday and bought a couple of things and also reserved a small chest to collect today. When I called to collect this morning they seemed not to know what I was collecting although the manager was there then . She then said another person collected it earlier !! She seemed to think this was quite amusing however I did not find it amusing in the slightest !!!
