poor communication and billing departments are impossible to deal with...the doctor they set me up with at urgent care/emergency has not been from there department so honestly there isn't anyone who can help me with figuring out the bill.. the rep from emergency associates told me to she didnt care to F. of and go jump off the bridge the best answer I've ever heard. tryed calling st fransis billing as suggested by someone at urgent care and nothing they can do??so why am I tossed arround with no help.? honestly starting to r... read more
I arrived in the ER late Saturday night with unbearable pain from a kidney stone. Everyone was kind and efficient. The nurses on the floor after I was admitted were wonderful! I had the best of care in a beautiful room!
I was admitted Wednesday night and I’ve been overly impressed with all the staff at St. Francis Regional Medical Center. They are absolutely phenomenal and have taken exceptional care of me. I’ve never felt more comfortable and not anxious at a hospital. The staff really goes above and beyond. Thank you so much!
The doctors of Allina clinic are great but the billing department of the hospital is TERRIBLE. I have had three procedures there and all have been billed months later and now dealing with one large bill that came end of March 2020 from August 2019! I could have used my HSA account last year for this had I known it was even still pending. Insurance confirmed this was a hospital billing issue. The billing department is short, rude and not helpful.
great place to work or be a patient
This place was built in 1996, but isn't up to federal ADA codes or MN Accessibility Codes. The cancer center doesn't have single handicap space. The ER doesn't have remotely enough handicap parking. Was told by building management to just park in the load/unload zone for however many hours you're in the ER/hospital, as he doesn't care when you'll be ticketed and towed for doing so. The nursing staff is absolutely amazing. My father was there for a week and every single nurse that cared for him was wonderful, patient and kind. They will have a lasting impact on our entire family. The palliative care doctor, Becky is the most wonderful person. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone was to our family.
