Always had good experience very helpful doctors and nurses
Everytime I have went to St. Francis urgent care it has always been like any other urgent care patients treated in the order they come in. Unfortunately this time it wasnt the case. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour while 4 patients who came in after me were seen before me. When I asked why they could barely answer me giving me an excuse it may have been what the other patients came in with. The hospital is beautiful with all of the upgrades and remodeling they did. I was WOW'd 👏🏼🤗 I was treated like a V.I.P patient from registration to recovery.
It took a while to get the results, which is to be expected, but otherwise very good service. I loved our nurse, Emily, and Dr. Parker.
The nurse were very nice to my daughter while her stay there
I've been here multiple times stitches for myself my son was born here an two nights ago he stayed the night every staff member I have met has been friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great work you guys do!
