My shihtzus ate gum with xylitol. Took them in... After assessing my puppies they refunded over half my money. They were going to be fine. Very professional and reasonable. Great pet lovers there!

I understand you provide a service no one else does by being open 24/7 but charging $169 to put a 7lb Chihuahua to sleep is insane. That did nothing but add to the trauma and heartache of letting our beloved dog go......

I can't say enough good about St. Francis! They took such good care of our little 3 lb. Chihuahua, Beau for 4 days! Everyone is so compassionate and I love that they all are willing to listen to our concerns and answer any questions we have!
