Thanks so much to the wonderful vet tech that taught me how to give subcutaneous fluids to my 17 year old cat in renal failure! Thanks for giving me hands on instructions so I could understand what I had been doing incorrectly! I really appreciate your caring and reassuring attitude! ♡♡♡
My mother called them to see when we could bring in our cats to get their shots or if we had to have an appt. the lady told my mom to be there around 9am and we wouldn’t have to wait that long nor have an appt. well we get there around 915-920. We waiting OVER an HOUR and didn’t leave there until 1040-1050. ITS RIDICULOUS!! It takes 5-10 MINUTES to give an animal shots. SFAH is the best. Dr Berkshire has been fantastic. She knows GSDs. Max is our 10-month old GSD and I trust her implicitly. She explains everything so clearly and when there are options she clearly states the pros and cons of each. Thank you!!!
I love everything about this place! Patient, professional staff that are full of knowledge, consideration and kindness. I love being able to group my pups' visit. I love that they listen and investigate every concern I have about my dogs. I love that they are flexible with appointments and allow us to have the door open or close while waiting. The place is super clean and bright. Super thankful that they are just down the road from me and have helped me out in an emergency.

Staff is professional and caring. Like all the vets, but my favourites are Dr. Barnes and Dr. Berkshire, but will see any vet available as they are all superb. Prices reasonable and services are timely. They even took a friend's dying cat when their provider Banfield would not. The compassion they show is difficult to put on words, but they are comforting during a animals last few moments of life. In my opinion, they are tops.
