Do not use them. Beware. all they care about is making money ! My daughter had a horrible experience last week. called to talk to the "manager" and she was no help. Just "sorry". Just like I've seen them post on other complaints on here. Maybe the local TV station needs to do a story on them and their horrible services and how they rip pet owners off and take advantage of their pocketbook in a time of need. they need less than one star but that isn't an option.
Brought in my puppy when his eyes swelled up due to an allergic reaction. The staff and Dr were quick, caring and wonderful!! So glad to know they are always there if needed.
Wonderful staff! You have very difficult jobs and I applaud you all in how you handle every situation that comes your way. Thank you for taking such good care of Copper tonight. He is sleeping like a baby! Will recommend to everyone who needs an emergency care vet! Blessings to you all!!
Just got home with my sick dachshund Bentley and both technician and vet were caring and helpful we really appreciated them being there
These people are all about the money. They charge at least twice, most times more than that to see a pet. I am not against a business making a profit, but these folks gouge the owners of pets.
