I have been going to St. Frances for several years now and while everyone there is great, I am a little partial to Dr. Garner. Last May was the first time we saw him and he has such an awesome bedside manner with his patients and their humans. Just as superb today!
I had to put my 16 yrs old Cici down 2/20/15 after hours. So I took her there. They were kind, caring and loving to her and my son & I. They truly cared about her & us. The Lady Vet (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was kind and very loving to us. We weren't rushed thru any of it. I cannot thank the Doctor and staff enough for making Cici ' s last moments on earth calm, loving, peaceful and without pain and fear....just what she deserved for all the joy she has given us over the years.
My 11 month old puppy was struck by a car while she was in a family members care...I live in Rhode Island and was informed of this and my wife left to go get our dog...but unfortunately we could not afford the surgery to have her leg amputated. Thankfully the wonderful staff helped me through this situation and I had to sign custody of her to the hospital so that she will be taken care of... I pray to god someone good will see how wonderful of a dog she is and adopt her. i wish i could have done something to get her back. Th... read more
Thank you all, for being so caring to our " Scrappy", the moment of him being in pain & suffering was terrible!, but you were very gentle & understanding, I truly believe that we made the right decision on putting him to sleep, it was for the best, We left there angry @ the person who harmed her,but we also left there, knowing that she won't be suffering anymore. (RIP) Scrappy, we miss you already- 11/24/14
Thank you for making an unbearable morning a little easier. Your staff was so kind and it made a huge difference. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. We were so impressed with the care our puppies received there yesterday! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to really care about what was going on with everybody who walked in the door. Such a clean, odor-free facility too! Very affordable, especially for an emergency situation as well!
St. Francis saved my LuLu's life. She suffered from a horrible infection after getting her teeth cleaned and a few pulled at our regular vets. She almost bled to death. They took great care of her and brought her back to normal! I love this place!
