This past Saturday we brought our 15 year old cat (Roxie) in to send her to Rainbow Bridge. I told them when we got there that I could not tell if she was still with us or not since she was still very warm. My question would be: is it really standard practice at St. Francis for a staff member to poke a pet in the face as a test to where she was alive or gone? This excellent facility taught me so much on my way to becoming a veterinarian. Great place!
My boxer was shoot several times today. I took him there thinking I only had a few mins left with him. And they nursed him back to health and I was able to take him home. They are truly some of the sweetest people I have ever met. They were so caring. I could tell they actually wanted to help me and my pup.
