Tonight as I sit with my daughter in the hallway of the ER due to an allergic reaction, he walks past and offers her a blanket. He wasn't our nurse but offered and she denied. He went on his way...but returned down our hallway again but stopped at the blanket warmer and gave us a warm blanket 'just in case'. ST. ELIZABETH overcharged me for 3 copays and now they refuse to refund my money! They're pulling out a 10 YEAR OLD BILL stating I owe them money. It's not reflected in my account anywhere and I even filed bankruptcy years ago that should have covered that. SHAME ON YOU, ST. ELIZABETH, FOR DOING THIS TO SOMEONE DURING THIS PANDEMIC. SOMEONE WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS THAT HAS A HARD ENOUGH TIME PAYING THEIR MEDICAL BILLS. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

I got tured away due to not having a babysitter for my 6 month daughter and living 2 hours away from my family I am fighting postpartum nd they wouldn't help me. Wouldnt recommend this place.
Yesterday afternoon, Tyler rushed me to St. Elizabeth Healthcare emergency room for kidney stones and infection. (I’ve had this on and off since the birth of Silas) My urologist said because of the kidney infection and major blockage from the stone it could immediately lead to sepsis. So, when we arrived to the emergency room, my urologist ordered me to be put on top of emergency room waiting list. Despite this order, they had me wait for 2.5 hours. RecommendedI had a bowel resection and spent 4 days in the hospital earlier this month. I am now recuperating uneventfully at home. The nurses, doctors and caregivers were wonderful to me and my surgeon, Dr. Patricia Abella, is simply THE BEST! Highly recommend this hospital (St. Elizabeth-Edgewood) for their care, competency & kindness! 🤗
