I had my Wellness Exam with Dr. Engel in Bellevue. The nurses were kind and patient, and Dr. Engel was very thorough. I love that the whole staff is always willing to take the time to listen.

The hospital in Covington, Ky. have very nice people and really seem to care for you. The parking is nice as well, no hassles.

Wait time is reasonable considering the extra steps they need to go thru with Covid. Andrea MA is always nice and gets me checked in quickly. Dr Dragan listens and addresses concerns and doesn’t rush you thru your appointment. All the office staff are polite and efficient.
I stayed at the Florence location for 3 days. The emergency room and every nurse that took care of me was phenomenal. I came in extremely ill and all hands on deck helped me ASAP and get my results ASAP. The hospital was full so I spent about 18 hours in the Er before going to an actual room. Dr. Daliwahl has a terrible bedside manner and does not explain anything. He discharged me with a fever and my whole floor was basically evacuated at once for whatever reason. Excellent hospital, the appointments they schedule remind you the day before so that you are on the lookout, the doctors are all very attentive and dedicated to meeting the goals they have for you here I am going to give birth to my son and they have it very well checked from before I was born I recommend it 100%
