Saint Elizabeth uses the advertising phrase "I'm right here" but we did not see it. From the nurses for the most we did but from the Head nursing staff, physical therapy, the social workers and what they call patient advocates did nothing to help either of my parents. My parents can be difficult and set in their ways, but they do not like patients that have family to advocate for them. They are rude, uncaring and downright disrespectful. My dad was very ill, still is and he grew worse in their care. He is now in a nursing ho... read more
