When a hospital tries to kill you twice because it’s more concerned about your insurance coverage than saving your life, it’s kind of hard to recommend them to anyone. What is the dollar value on a human life at St. Elizabeth? I’d like to know how much they thought my life was worth.
Worst patient care, understaffed horrible wait times. I dread having to come here, they have a monopoly in northern Kentucky. Last time I was here my appendix burst I told them I was in severe pain and they tried treating me for gas and indigestion. I literally had to demand a CT before they took me serious and then had emergency surgery shortly after.
I have to say that I was honestly impressed. You hear horror stories about every hospital existing. I have to say for this being the first experience with my daughter who has special needs and an extensive medical history, they were wonderful. From E.R. being admitted, to discharge. EVERYONE on staff were as kind and helpful as they could be. My concerns regarding my daughter were HEARD. I heard the phrase" you're her mother, you know her best".
RecommendedI had knee surgery there. The staff was amazing! I came in super anxious and they calmed me down and spent the time needed to make me comfortable. I would not go anywhere else.
RecommendedThe staff is so wonderful and caring! I have been receiving care for my breast cancer with the hospital coordinated with oncology provided at the hospital with St Elizabeth. From the ultrasound and echo techs, to the staff in the Cath Lab, my surgeon and the amazing staff at the breast center, every one has gone above and beyond for everything.
