Service was good but we got completely ripped off with bills after delivery. They claimed charges for a lot of services they didn't even provide at the hospital. They broke down delivery charges to both mom and baby so we have to meet both deductibles and don't reach max out of pocket for the mom. Billing was too shady, they don't even send you itemized bill. I wouldn't recommend, unless, you have 100% coverage.
RecommendedI had the best experience with my second pregnancy. The midwives were so caring and made me feel comfortable throughout my pregnancy. They listened to my concerns and spend thorough time in the exam room with me. My labor and delivery was also great. I will also say the nursing staff during labor/delivery was the best I’ve ever had!
RecommendedMy experience was St. Elizabeth was absolutely Outstanding! The care I received was very thorough. I feel as if no stone was left unturned. Every single concern of my health was considered. tests,blood work scans, etc were done to insure my complete health was restored. The doctors, nurses, nurse aides, housekeeping, every single staff member I came in contact with were so friendly and accommodating. RecommendedI had hip replacement in June 2018. I had wonderful drs., nurse, aides, and therapist, all employees were kind and helpful. All of my St Elizabeth doctors are great doctors. I would recommend St Elizabeth to anyone.
I do not believe they care about people as much as they care about there bottom line, I would not recommend them to anyone, I discourage my family from going to St Elizabeth for any treatment.

RecommendedMy husband was in ICU Ft. Thomas from February 13 to March 1. The ICU nurses were excellent. The dedication and passion they have and God is the reason my husband is alive . Thank you ICU Ft. Thomas !
RecommendedUnexpectedly had to stay in the hospital for a week. I was at St. Elizabeth's in Florence. The hospital was totally full but I finally got into a room the evening of admittance. The nurses, aides and interns were the BEST. They were all very kind and could not do enough for me. I was extremely pleased with my experience. My only negative would be the pillows and mattresses are hard as rocks. Had to go to a chiropractor after my stay!!!
