Never see Dr. Piam Shanehsaz at St. E. In Ft. Thomas, he does not care about his patients at all. I have a 10 mm kidney stone with a kidney infection to boot and he let me go over 24 hours at a 10 on the pain scale, on pain meds that weren't working, before he said he would do nothing more for me and sent me home to suffer. Terrible bed side mannor, terrible doctoring.
