I went in to be seen for a possible UTI. Long story short the nurse didn’t properly take my blood pressure, never asked about allergies or current meds and I have never been there and the last time I was seen at the ER was in March 2013 so it’s not like I have current info on file in their system. RecommendedSuper friendly staff. They all smiled and all engaged in conversation with me. They answered all my questions. They went the extra mile. The lady that did the scan was amazing and helpful. I wish all offices and businesses were like this.

RecommendedI visited the Fort Thomas emergency room today. exceptional care. the nursing staff, the doctors, The technicians in the vascular lab, registration, housekeeping and clerical all for very kind thorough, and professional. It was very busy however they took their time,explained everything and were very expedient. I would highly recommend this Hospital.
