Always polite and helpful receptionists and very though doctors.
Unacceptably rude reception staff. It's very sad to see such a low level of compassion and professionalism from the first contact. You are made to feel like a problem and an annoyance even with a genuine query or to make an appointment both on the phone or in person. What a shame. The doctors however are lovely, caring and helpful. Getting past the pit bull receptionist is however like walking through a pit of vipers. What a shame.
Rude receptionist, rude GP (how are some of these people allowed to practice medicine?). All things wrong with the NHS. St Davids Practice needs a complete overhaul
I rarely call for an emergency appointment, i has been years since i have been there for reasons other than my sons health and when i finally needed an appointment i have been made feel guilty for “taking up space” by a receptionist, not a qualified heath specialist. really upsetting experience…
Worst and the most rude receptionist,( some not all of them) you know where your tax money is going too , waiting over 20min for my appointment
