My sister has been patient of St David's hospital for several years now and we all have always been treated with great kindness. So thankful my sister has been in good hands.
Love this hospital....they are always so kind and patient with my 86 year old mother. She doesn't understand things as easily as she used to and is much slower now.
We prefer St. David"s. We like the cheerfulness we receive when we arrive and the helpfulness we receive when we get lost. Definitely like the cafe part, as I like eating with my husband. It almost seems like we are at The Cotton Patch, one of our favorite restaurants.
Although the staff was very polite I was in there for 5 hours on something that could have been in and out of the hospital. They were not busy, nor did they look understaff.
My grandmother been in for 4 days now with very serve copd and high blood. I've been telling them since day 1 that they need to call her brother and talk to her brother about what's going on and give suggestions on what he needs to do he's got power of attorney for her and this is her 2 time in within 3 weeks and they still haven't called to talk to her brother I wouldn't have an issue if they just listen and the nurses and doctors gave a shit on what family that live with them.
All staff from triage to the dr were super helpful and great communicators.
I delivered both my babies here!! Excellent work staff and super nice too!!
