I know being a dependent patient in ER is extremely difficult. Strange people and routines. Pain and no "immediate" interventions. I have been a nurse and know the environment but as a patient still have problems with expectations. I was unfortunate enough to be in the ER twice this week. 2nd time better and doctor and nursing care both great. Benton started the "IV" on first stick and never lost his calm. For that I thank you. Dr was emphathetic and responded to my needs. They do good work in a difficult transition period.
You are left to die here! Unless you are actually already dead or dying will they tend to you! Especially if you don't have insurance! I have been here several times because of emergencies and they have left me waiting for many hours before the doctor could come see us. I really think they need to be more attentive. I have to think twice now before going to the er just because of the negligence at this hospital. Its a shame that I have to find somewhere else to go to get medical help!
The staff was friendly and caring, day and night. My care team respected my wishes to get up and move after surgery. A very proactive experience!

My husbands lung collapsed. We told everyone that we didn't have insurance--they still inflated his lung after a 5 day stay in the hospital. Treated us wonderful. Thanks to all involved with David Glasenapp's care!!
The most professional, caring hospital staff makes every patient feel like their only patient and each individual's rehab goal can be reached through motivation, skilled therapy, hard work and enthusiastic coaching ! Excellent food, medical care and a lovely facility.
The cancer center is awesome. We have been treated like royalty and they always have a bowl of candy for us. The Doctors are very sweet. And one is very cute.
They are wonderful with my daughter and her new baby
