I appreciated the fast and personal service given to me upon arriving in the ER. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. All of my questions were answered. They took me in and got me in a room before they even asked me for my insurance or a copay. I would be glad to go there again!
Just had my third surgery (second that required hospitalization) and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone there is so caring and helpful. The hospital itself is great. It's not too big or too small. Special recognition for my nurse on the 2nd floor, Sara. She was fantastic.
I'm not sure but maybe since the remodel they have done a lot of changes but it was a wonderful experience and I must say that Gina is the bomb. She was very personable, did her job as did every single member of the hospital this evening and I sincerely appreciate it. Based on my experience this evening five stars and I would recommend Saint David's emergency room
I went into the ER with lower abdominal pain. I was immediately seen by a nurse and soon after a doctor. Within four hours I was under going surgery to remove my appendix. I was impressed with everyone's kindness and speed of service!
Had a great experience the Nurses where very nice.
Just delivered my second child at this hospital and the staff was amazing. I had a c-section so the first few days was a little rough but every nurse I had went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was a way better experience than I had with my first child and I would definitely recommend delivering your baby at this hospital.
I checked in at 845 for 9 am mammogram appt. Poured myself some coffee and was called in to registration before I even got comfortable. Was then directed to mammography where Diana (the technician) was amazing. Very friendly and professional. I stayed in the dressing room for a minute to post my annual breast cancer awareness plug, then browsed in the gift shop for about 10 minutes. I say all this to say, I was back in my car by 9:23!!! Pain free and every one I encountered from registration to the gift shop was fantastic.
My husband had to go to the emergency room at St David's Monday to have an ear cleaning tip removed from his ear canal. We hardly got seated before he was called. The staff was amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and very efficient. They took great care of him and we were out within an hour. Highly recommend this facility for any health care needs!
