The worst hospital in the world! They all lack common sense.
When u call to schedule a appointment they had me on hold for almost a half hr lik seriously u need more workers or something this is rediculas
What an experience! My 3 year old got a coin stuck in his throat. All the doctors and nurses at St. Chris were exceptionally helpful for both my son and me. Very caring. And they understand children and how to handle and talk to them. Thank you.
Letting everyone know that st. Christopher's children's hospital made our Christmas very special one. Can't thank them enough. Five stars.
My initial visit was nice but I saw a different doctor then I was suppose too which sucks cause my next apt is a surgery with a doctor that I didn't get to meet. However I ended up having to cancel cause my son was sick and it was a circus to get to the proper person to cancel and reschedule... Once I got through of course it was to a voicemail and I never got a call back. Had surgery for my daughter Blount's Disease!! This children's hospital is wonderful!!!Everyone was nice and helpfully... The standard of care was excellent!!!
My husband had a test set for 1p. He was told to be there at 12:30, he was on time. We get to xray/ ultrasound and we sit for our turn. Well at 2p my husband went to the window and interrupted the social function going on behind the window to ask what is going on. Finally someone comes and tells us there is an emergency and the tech is tied up. OK, sorry there is an emergency and hopefully everything works out ok for the person but NOBODY comes out to tell us, NOBODY communicates and we sit for over an hour. After complainin... read more
Thank you for taking such great care of my grandson, Joshua. He is in the NICU. He was born 6weeks premature. All of the nurses have been very helpful and patient when explaining things to me, my daughter and her boyfriend. I truly appreciate all that they do. ❤
