I know others who have great experiences here, but we did not. We took my son here two years ago to be tested for migraines and seizures, but the EEG tech seemed young and inexperienced (missed a small seizure at the beginning of the test, even) and ultimately after an MRI and a second visit they told me rather condescendingly that my son was fine and just had headaches, and to get him tested for ADHD. Terrible communication procedures. No one is on the same page. They need to take administrative practices much more seriously. We have had dealings with CHOP, and St. Christopher's is no CHOP... Not even in the same league.
My son is being going there since 2008 and we LOVE It the doctor, nurses and the staff they are AWESOME.
This is one of the worst hospitals to call. Every time I call I get that automated system. Then the options are very limited. What happen to people answering the phones? We need to go back to old school with some things and this is one of them
Its ok. There very good with children. But they are good. But the only thing is people with fail months. And people being so rude
My son Darian has been in St. Christophers for a week now and he had to have eye socket surgery. This is the best hospital by far and the nurses really get to understand and love your child.
