I was there yesterday morning w/ my daughter, got there @ 8:05a and was out @ 11:02a. The registration lady who attended me first was extremely ignorant, I said good morning when I sat down and she completely ignored, she felt she couldn't complete my registration because she had something else to do so she had someone else finish my paperwork. Once I got to the back and 3 doctors saw her my daughter was discharged w/ a prescription for Zantac and a recommendation to follow up with neurology. One doctor asked if my daughter ... read more
Staff is ignorant. They Don't care about the patients needs or priorities. They rather sit around and gossip then do their jobs. Don't care about making your next appointment time. The girl that registers you in radiology is the most obnoxiuos thing I've ever met in my life. Thinks other drs are going to wait around for her to stop talking and register patients. I took my son there yesterday for a 1230 scan, he didn't even have it don't until 215. Missed the 115 appt. At ent because she purposely took her sweet time to regis... read more
They don't have enough doctors. Your case gets thrown to the bottom of the file after seeing a replacement for your family doctor. The doctor is never available when you have a problem. Your messages go unanswered.
Love st.christ ,, the nurses and Doctor are great ,, did their job amazingly , good to the kids , know what they are doing , !! I'm very please with my son doctor and his nurses !!
Completely inappropriate for a doctor of developmental pediatrics (Dr Fee) to tell the mother of an autistic child that anyone autistic will be stupid, non-verbal, and intellectually disabled. Entire groups of kids will end up without a much needed diagnosis and others not getting the help or support they need because of such blatant prejudice. A very heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff and nurses on the ICU who saved our daughter Laken's life (and took good care of us moms in the process). You made the worst experience of our life into something that was bearable through your support, hand holding, caring and knowledge. Thank you.
This is the worst hospital ever if your child is sick take then any where but here they have you sitting in the waiting area for hours. There bathrooms are despicable. You would think with them rebuilding they would have better service
