Needs to have more staff on. Hospital looks like a ghost town. Walked by the so called nurses station and it was completely empty with no staff.
The worst emergency room ... dirty, slow and the staff at the front desk very rude
RecommendedJust gave birth to our healthy baby boy at Phoenixville Hospital. I couldn’t have been happier with the doctors from Valley Forge OBGYN that provided all our pregnancy care through delivery. Dr. Denis was an amazing coach during the delivery and the labor nurses were very supportive. Nurse Trish was very educational and kind during our recovery days here. If you need the newest hospital this place may not be for you, but I’d rather give that up knowing both myself and baby were in good care.

The billing office is horrendous, I was billed twice for the same service and paid both bills before realizing they were for the same procedure. I have been waiting 8 weeks for a refund, each week that goes both they keep telling me the check is in the mail. I would never recommend them because of the accounting department. The sad part is they probably have good doctors and nurses. No one with the exception of Glen Reeps in customer service will even talk with me.

My husband who is a current patient has been sick two days have called their office constantly and me the same and phone is busy and that’s all it says..ended up going to an urgent care recommended doctor ...he has been a patient for over 30 years and can’t get ahold of them...what happen to the old Bally Medical Group
