RecommendedFirst time there had to take our 1 year old( we usually go to Einstein which is farther) and at first I was unhappy with the nurse at the front desk...my childs finger was bleeding non stop and she actually smiled at the guy and he’s like oh I didn’t notice 🙄 the staff in the back was amazing though and we didn’t wait long
RecommendedI delivered our baby girl on December 3rd. I had my other two babies at Paoli hospital but because of my new insurance I had to go to Phoenixville this time and I didn’t want to. Not one bit. I ended up having a way better experience at Phoenixville Hospital than Paoli. Dr. Cadieux performed my c-section and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. RecommendedA hospital is not a place you go to for fun and leisure. You go there when you are generally in need of help. We have have needed to go there because our 9month old has had liver cancer. Every single person we met and talked with was going above and beyond for everyone. The hospital is growing and it comes with growing pains. We received the best care, the best support and our son is now a thriving 5 year old thanks to the efforts of everyone at the hospital. Garbage hospital! 9289.73 for 5 stitches and some lidocaine -45 minute walk in to the ER!!! Never submitted to the insurance company and no itemization other than the doctors fee of 226. Stitches looked horrible. DO NOT GO TO TOWER HEALTH!
