Dr Susan Conley from Nephrology is the best doctor there is!! She has been my sons doctor since 2005! We trust her with his care, and he feels very comfortable with her and talking to her. Thumbs up for her. She is one in a million.
I took my son to the emergency department around 5pm from a severe dog bite. My son was in lots of pain. They had him in the waiting room for 4 HOURS IN BAD PAIN. When I went to the greeter to ask her how far along are we, she got an attitude and told me it's lots of children with breathing problems that needed to be seen first. I understood that completely. I took my son in on an extremely busy Tuesday night. We probably waited no more then 10 mins total (including signing in n vitals) before he was taken right back to a room! The staff was great and he was taken up to a room and admitted within 3 hrs. My son is 13 so the doctor's and nurses listened to everything he had to say without interrupting or correcting him.
