Had a nice experience today. Took my Hyundai Tucson to St. Charles Hyundai (they also have a Nissan dealership next door) for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They said it took longer than normal, so they did not charge me. I didn’t say anything about the time. I didn’t have an appointment. They just offered. I accepted. �

Was having an issue with my Sirius XM satellite not working. Called and Spoke with Kelly. After thinking I was going to have to make an appointment, she suggested restarting my system. She walked me through how to restart the screen and IT WORKED! Thank you for letting me escape the appointment!
