I took my car to Saint Charles Hyundai at 10:30 this morning for an Express Oil Change. They said it would be an hour and a half. Over 4 hours later the car still had not been touched. They gave us the runaround on the telephone and said a manager would call us back but never did. I have purchased two cars from Hyundai and I have used the Saint Charles Hyundai many times for service and oil changed but I will never ever patronize your establishment again.
Today I had a great experience with Sean Massey. He was very knowledgeable and made my experience amazing! I will for sure come back & recommend everyone to come by to see Sean about buying a car!

I purchased my car from here in 2011. Now six years later, my car needs repair to pass safety and emissions. Not only did it take them a week to inspect my car, they told me the cost would be the same as what I️ had paid for the car prior..... six years ago.. I️ then took it to the local shop 5 minutes away and told me(within 24hrs) it would cost 1/4 the amount your company offered me . Thanks for nothing, You lost by business.
It's a total joke! To long to post about but basically screwed till this car is paid off or I find someone who will work with me to actually get in the vehicle I want! Not a happy customer
I went it to get my car serviced.. Really good customer service, keeps you aware of what’s going on and everything is completed in a timely manner.
