I bought a 2017 Elentra from them almost 9 weeks ago. They only had 1 key fob for my car and told me it might take a week or 2 to get that would not not been a big deal but that wasn't the case. I called up and left messages for salesman twice no response. I went up there Saturday and my salesman told me the service department would call me Monday. 9 weeks later still waiting what a joke of customer service.
Just wanted to say thank you to Kelly Sullivan for the wonderful personal attention given to my customer service issue. I have worked in the client services field for over 45 years and am always amazed to find someone of Kelly’s character and dedication to her profession. She truly exemplifies customer service at its best!

I brought my leased Sonata in for an oil change and tire rotation. While waiting, I visited with my favorite salesman, Nathan Nazari, and we talked about different options available for me to trade up to get the new auto brakes, bigger camera view, etc. He helped me realize I should wait awhile. As usual, no pressure, just good service from Nathan! Thanks Nathan!
We've bought three cars from St Charles Hyundai. At that time Jason was our sales person. He was great! I've religiously kept up on my maintenance. They always make sure I get a discount on oil changes or whatever needs to be done. And to make it better they always wash my car. Yesterday Donnie the porter did an excellent job washing my car. False advertisements. When asked for the promotion that was running, no one was able to provide it or work with me. Sales men were pushy and told lies. I am a young, first time buyer with no previous loyalties and St. Charles Hyundai has lost me for life. Went to Wentzville and found the deal I was looking for from honest salesmen. Not happy and will not be back.
If you need to buy a car here I highly recommend Will! Not only did he get my mother in law into a vehicle she absolutely loved he also got my husband into a brand new car! Amazing service all around I will definitely be back to trade in my car when it's time!!!
I really like St. Charles Hyundai and the staff at the service department. I usually get Bob, but today it was Brad. Unscheduled oil change and wanted advise on front tires. I was given a better quote on tires than Firestone. But hey, it wasn't the first time. Firestone quoted me $145.00 for a car battery that did not include installation. Called St. Charles Hyundai and was quoted $95.00 without any up charges to install it! Anyway, I was in and out quickly with my oil change and 2 new tires!
