I have already written comments in regards to how great the process was on the Dealer Rater web site - please feel free to look it up - it was posted on 10/5/2016. They were great - and as I mentioned in the message, I will be purchasing another Hyundai in the next year (ending the 15+ years I have been buying Fords). I am beyond impressed with the vehicle and the dealership.
service is terrible. wont warranty my peeling paint, and also told me this is normal sounding. the turbo seals are shot. i will never be going back there again. check my youtube video for the sound and obvious paint defect. although Chris Johnson my service advisor was decent to work with. but i will absolutely never go back search youtube 2014 Genesis Coupe Problems since it wont let me post a link

I bought a used vehicle in 2014...2004 Toyota Highlander and was greeted with amazing customer service! Greg was our salesman and was honest with me the whole time. There were two used highlanders at the time and I was wanting the red one but he suggested the white one because it was better than the other one. I test drove it, fell in love with it, and purchased it. I'm so glad I did! I have never had any problems with it and I'm very pleased!! Thank you Greg and will be back again when it comes time to upgrade!!!
I have bought my last four cars from here. I have had great experiences each time. I have dealt with Nathan each time who is always the best. Their finance and service dept are great to deal with as well. All around, some of the best people to deal with when buying a vehicle. Plus the Hyundai line up is one of the best out there. I highly recommend STC Hyundai.
