Quick and responsive service. They work at being appreciative of your business. They will tell you what needs attention now, but also keep you informed as to what lies ahead. Great people.
They gave a loaner car out when I mentioned that I was going to wait for a shuttle ride back for my Car's 30k mile maintenance. Was quick, and while they had the car ready in about 1 1/2 hrs, I was prepared for them to have it 2-3 hours. Having the loaner made it so much more convenient, and all aspects of the visit was handled very well. Very impressed
Was lied to about the car, it doesn't perform as promised. The salesperson has over-promised and under-delivered on the deal.
Scheduled and appointment for an Oil Change. My car was not even brought back to get worked on until 45 minutes after my appointment. It then took and additional 45 minutes to complete the Oil Change (which is reasonable). What was the point in making and appointment??? 1.5 hours for an Oil Change is crazy! Watched The Service Tech also drive over the side of the lift with my vehicle. Clearly wasn't lined up correctly but no one mentioned it or apologized.
