I can honestly say I do not recognise or understand the comment made in the previous review. The current warden is excellent, kind and very helpful and the atmosphere around the flats is relaxed, warm, really friendly and as good as it's ever been. Full disclosure: I'm in the process of selling my Mum's flat (she was one of the original residents) but please don't think this has influenced my comment - I was frankly horrified by the previous comment and felt compelled to respond.
