Pull cord snapped on my Honda mower so stupidly tried to fix it myself long story short I made a right lash up, popped in to see these guys expecting to have to leave the mower with them with it being 4-45pm the young guy who I think is the son of the owner fixed it right there and then, will be using them from now on for all my services etc 👍

My strimmer STILL won't start!!!🤬
About a year ago I took our quite new petrol strimmer in, which I bought from either Lidl or Aldi, because I couldn't get it to start. They laughed and said they are mechanics not miracle workers !!!!! Very rude and unhelpful, I haven't been back since !
I took my old Web cylinder mower that had run for over 18 months. I got it back today and it starts and runs brilliantly 👏. Great customer service and reasonably priced. I'm chuffed to bits . I highly recommend st Austell garden machinery.
