Temple House practice was excellent and the staff very helpful. Since the merger it is much more difficult to see my doctor that is amazing and knows my complex and serious problems. You know have to jump through more things online and it more difficult. I have bad depression and it seams like your not welcome. Again temple house was amazing. Why merge it and make it worse. I struggle with emails and I am sure I am not alone.
Unfortunately they have released a new on-line system for patients that is flawed and untested, making it impossible to send messages to the surgery.
Improved a lot recently despite the increase in workload with so many extra patients. Physio service is excellent.
I am a rather elderly patient who underwent a recent surgical procedure at RUH. This required ongoing dressing changes which I was advised of by the hospital, but which I felt increasingly concerned about dealing with. A call to the surgery resulted in an early appointment for a required dressing change. I cannot praise too highly the treatment I received. My husband and I have both had a great experience with the practice. The clinical staff have all been fantastic. The receptionists have been great and always facilitated us to get an appointment if needed. Thank you!
