The South Asian man that was on the phone to me was very rude and I was speaking he just cut the phone, basically a slap in the face.
Normally, I don’t leave negative reviews, but today I realised something important. We live in a world where kindness and compassion are becoming rare—sometimes even unknown to some. And yet, there are people who are paid to do jobs that require humanity and empathy by their very nature. Can’t get through via phone to get and appointment ever and the app is completely inaccessible and also doesn’t help you request an appointment.
Unfortunately this surgery is ruined by one or two very rude reception staff who I'm sure are under a lot of pressure and management need to address this. However it's unnecessary to be so unpleasant to their patients. Please do better
The worst GP I’ve ever had. The receptionists seem uninterested in helping and most of the drs are just trying to get you out the door again and don’t properly check you. One of the last times I went I asked them to check something, she barely even checked me or even looked at me and told me it was something I have now found out it was never what she said. I now have to get an ultrasound to find out how bad it is… HIGHLY ADVISE STAYING AWAY FROM THIS GP
