8/8. Filthy dirty emergency room. Floors, vinyl furniture and walls all need cleaning and disinfecting. Truly my garage floor is cleaner than theirs. It's disrepctful to those they serve. I'm 44 years a nurse, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
The customer service was excellent...information was superb from the doctor practitioner and respiratory employee....my nurse was awesome too...will go back anytime
Very very slow I was in the waiting room for over 2 hrs. I got there at 3:30pm and got discharged at almost a 11:00 just to run one test.
This is my third time as a patient at St. Mary's hospital and I don't ever want to go anywhere else! The nurses are absolutely awesome! Great bedside manner and they so obviously love their jobs.
I wish it was a NO STAR button. The staff was horrible, no excuse for a medical facility with so called "Professionals" in the healthcare business to display the range of negative emotions they do, with the exception of 2 ER Nurses from my current visit; who seem to have gotten the fact that their team's service was poor at best.
