We came here last night for my wife, they kept her a long damn time... And then released her with no pain medication..... Then calls us the next day to say they spotted something in her test from the previous night and wants her to come back the ER again like now.... Long story short we're back here sitting for over two hours and not be seen yet... What the Hell kind of ER does that.... I would not recommend this place at all to anyone.... very unprofessional...
Labor and delivery team is awesome! The nurses are attentive and make you feel like you matter. Laura is awesome at what she does. I would mention all of my awesomr nurses that i have had but i can not remember them all.
Employees definitely need to learn where different departments are and be able to give correct directions. Financial department needs to learn how to return phone calls and send official answers in the mail not over phone.
In this day and age you would think there would be someone who could help you connect to the wifi when it is not working - there should at least be something on your website.
