Wonderful and friendly ER staff, GI staff, and anesthesiologists. Walked me through every step of the way.
SSM is awesome, great staff, Love being here at ICU great nurse's .
Lame. Unprofessional. Waited around forever without any help. Had to check myself out.
I went to St Marys for the first time and overall the place was clean and the staff were very nice but I also had a large amount of trouble with getting lost in the building. Walked the halls for 20 mins trying to find the right floor and room. Ran into a nurse that finally showed me the right way to go. Thank God for that nurse or I don't know how long I would have been lost.
Cannot thank the L&D doctors and staff enough for the excellent care of my daughter and granddaughter, however cannot say the same for the rest of your employees. Most are rude or will straight up lie to your face, or will talk down to patients like they have no idea what is going on.
