Inferior medical staff and Doctor's! They don't know how to treat a simple nose bleed that won't stop. All They did is shove tubes up his nose and then ask him to go see an ENT Doctor on his own. I asked for them to call an ENT Doctor to consult and got a response from the doctor and I QUOTE "HE is not in danger of dieing, If I call an ENT Doctor now they will not respond or come into see my husband." My husband was having a procedure in the Endoscopy dept , the personnel was awesome !! Everyone was so cordial caring and polite . The nurses displayed excellent communication with one another and everyone displayed TEAM effort it was a nice experience!!
The Walgreens clinic in Arnold mo is trash since they switched to SSM health clinic. SSM healthcare over charged for a simple strep test and a doctor visit. I will NEVER return to Walgreens because of this reason or to any SSM health care provider AGAIN. And the customer service is absolutely terrible no one knows what is going on and therefore I got no help when calling about why I was overcharged.
