I, usually get great care. The last two visits, not so much. The 17th the ER Dr & the medical imaging were the only ones that were wonderful. The nurses were down right crabby & uncaring. The 24th was a nightmare. With the exception of Todd. (?) How can I be sent home when I could hardly breath from the pain. I couldn't walk, my legs were numb. They just didn't listen to me. I'm just sad by my experience tonight.... I came in needing answers and left feeling like I never should have visited urgent care. At the very least if they couldn't help they could have set up a follow up with my daughters regular doctor.
ER is so bad that is why I drive al the was down to UW

Work injury... The staff was great. They looked into unrelated areas around the injury to be sure nothing else was wrong.
