I’ve always had such good care at St Clare! They’re always very professional but also make it personal with their great personalities! I feel 100% confident whenever I need care there. Dr Wells is the best & the nurse Carol that I had yesterday in day surgery is so nice & makes you feel so comfortable.
We arrived for Ken's knee replacement. Although he has had the other knee replaced years ago it's always anxiety producing. I am an RN and admittedly picky about care. What an incredibly capable and caring team beginning with the Pre-Op team to anesthesia, Dr Glad and the post op team. He is eager to dig in to PT today. Hats off to the SSM Health team at St. Clare Baraboo.
I am very upset how the billing is taken care of for the Urgent Care center in Lake Delton. I received a bill from my son's visit, which I expected (for lab work) then I receive a secondary bill "from the physician" I was never informed that I would receive a second bill, from somewhere outside the practice. This is a horrible way to hike the prices of care up. This UC visit is now costing my close to $300. nurse Carol was awesome in day surgery she has a great personality and kept my significant other calm while waiting for a hernia surgery. Dr Wells is the best .
Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. And unhelpful to anyone who they think is on drugs! Its bull to just assume beforr treating patients! I needed HELP AND GOT SENT AWAY! I HAD AN ISCHEMIC STROKE AND THEY SENT ME HOME! Thanks DR.QUINN HOLZHEIMER at SSM HEALTH.
On 08/28/13 my son was taken to ER by ambulance. I'd love to meet the drs, nurses, etc who worked that day. They saved my son's life. The needed to air lift him to Madison children's. I am so thankful for everything they did.
If I could give less than one star I definitely would be doing so! I never in my life have been so unhappy with this ER as I am today! I couldn't get the help that I needed for the intense amount of pain that I'm in, which was very obvious to all ER staff! I guess if I was a junkie and needed a fix for my habit I would have been written multiple prescriptions so I could get high. I have been to ER twice. Excellent in every way .My husband recently spent 5 days in hospital. Absolutely excellent. I believe in sharing complaints in any situation they may be called for. Same goes for compliments. ST CLARES Doctors, Nurses and all staff are just the best.
Not worth what they charge .the whole system is crap
