When they are sending out the information letter before a surgical procedure I think it would be good to put the address and the directions in that letter. Now that people do not have landlines and they call and give that information verbally people may be driving or at a place where they cannot write down the information. Other than that I thought everything went very well
I usually love ssm health but I am really starting to get sick of have to travel there twice in one week then again yesterday for my daughter only for her to be in as much pain as we went there. Two weeks ago I went and went because I was knocked on to the ground by a horse left within 20 minutes of being there second time I went they ( for the same issue but I couldn't move my neck) he gave me a CT scan and an muscle relaxer. There's no place like Home ! I feel like a young kid sitting on my Moms Bed telling me it's going to be ok ! That's how I feel when I go to SSM Health St.Clare Love you Guys I live 4 blocks from Divine Savior ! No Thank You !
Although I've had two previous bad experiences is at this hospital, I will say my visit last night at St. Clare was good. Although I think they could've been a little faster Dr Sebens was very nice and checked my heart throughly for problems .. I wouldn't say this is my hospital of choice but I will say I can see they have made significant improvements in recent years since I've been there previously ... this is as honest as I can be
They left me sit in the waiting rm crying for a half an hour. This women Dr was rude and didn't explain my break. She said Google it They put on a splint way too tight. I came back later by ambulance & that visit was much better.
Please beware of the urgent care- their fees are exorbitant. $627 for a 30 minute visit for an allergic reaction that required a steroid prescription.
I had day surgery on my R knee. The staff was very friendly. Everyone explain what was going to happen very clearly. Also explained what to do when I went home in easy term. Thank you to nurse Michelle and Lu!!! �
