My boyfriend was sent there by ambulance from the dells (mind you we are from a different city, so I got woken up at 3am to rush to that hospital) , all they did was stitch his forehead & got sent home even though he had more then a few hits to his head. which was a lot of severe head trauma. SSM health St.Clare NEVER did a CT scan or any type of double checking from a head injury to make sure he was really OKAY . RecommendedMy daughter was just treated in the emergency room department. The staff was very professional and encouraging. They treated my child very well and even made her laugh a few times! Good job ER staff! 💜
I called my doctor as I have been having issues with my UTI infection, and have a Foley cath. I called my Dr's office and was instructed to go to urgent care. Upon 5 minutes of nurse checking me in APNP-CNP Anthony Guglielmo came into the room and was very rude, and unprofessional, and said that I have been in to see him multiple times, and was completely rude. I will be filing a complaint against this man for his unprofessional cander!!!!

I could go to two other closer hospitals but drive a hour and fifteen minutes because I am always treated with kindness by caring people. I have found that difference seems to make things work out better! I appreciate being treated like a person and not a "case". St.Clare is my hospital by choice!
Rooms are spacious and comfy nurses are great!
Have mostly imaging procedures done. Always great people who make everything go calmly and well. Just great people all over the place!

We were on a weekend vacation to the Dells. My husband ended up getting a severe toothache to the point where his face was all swollen. We came here to the ER at 1:00 am and recieved amazing service! They got us in right away and he was able to get his first round of antibiotic to get him through until the pharmacy opened the next morning.
