SSM/Dean hospital in Madison... i have been here for 5 days now and maybe two more to go. i just wanted to thank all the health care workers here and everywhere who are keeping level heads and seeing to the ones who don't have the virus myself included and who have been on top of their game. the four, yes four doctors who have are on my treatment team have come and explain everything to the best of my knowledge. for those who do not know i will tell you i was in the ER 4 times in Janesville, Wi and my primary 2 times in Whit... read more
I was in the ER with my child for over three and half hours, I couldn't call nor text to check on my other children. Now when you child in under the the age of 12 you really don't want to leave them because they are scared. This is reason why I gave three stars because St. Mary's should do something about the connections within the ER. People should be able to call or text on their own phone to check on their children.

Absolutely amazing staff. I had a hysterectomy monday and the nurses were so kind. Came Everytime I needed something. Thanks for all the help.

I've had all 4 of my babies at St. Mary's and and it was awesome every time! Couldn't ask for a better staff!
Your staff are as rude and flippant as they come. If I wanted to be blown off in a less than 2 minute phone call I wouldnt have wasted the time. Would also love to know when your labor and delivery staff stopped caring about the health of the mother carrying the child?
