SSM Health continues to brag about how great they are and the care they provide to patients. Since SSM Health has taken over at St. Mary's Hospital, Dean Clinic and others, their patients here in Wisconsin continue to suffer from ALL THEIR PROBLEMS that continue to spiral downward. . RecommendedWonderful care from the minute we walked in. My little guy was absolutely terrified to be there and the nurses in pediatric’s welcomed him with a gift and a ninji turtle hand made blanket!! It takes special people to be able to do this job, and they by far exceeded our expectations in which we immediately knew our son was in GREAT hands!!! Thank you for the best possible care and kindness!!
My son and his girlfriend had a premature baby on Monday morning. The doctor and nurse that delivered were amazing! But after she was moved to 3 floor it went downhill. Most of the nurses were cold and not personable. This is supposed to be a joyful experience, bring a new little life into this world. There experience wasn’t good. I would not recommend SSM St. Mary’s hospital when your having a baby :-(
Always have good care except in the ER I don’t no what’s wrong with those ppl but they just don’t stand up to the clinic staff and the rest of the hospital

I had out patient surgery on my foot the other day and I want to thank the out patient staff Jean, Claire, Cristinan, Nicole and of course Dr Scerpella not only did they take great care of me but They took the time to sign and send me a get well card. I had never gotten one form any staff before it was a very nice surprise.
I had open heart surgery July 16th 2018. and am now on my 8th week of recovery, feel great thank you! the staff from admittance to departing were awesome, recently I visited floor 5e to thank staff, and for instance Ericka ( do not know last name) one of my nurses, not only remembered me , she remembered my son and daughter and what college they attended and their major! my point being the whole staff cared and I thank you all very much for saving my life!
Would rather go bankrupt through another hospital because of there treatment methods.
Pediatrics took good care of my baby girl, who was sick with some kind of stomach flu and severely dehydrated, with potential appendicitis. She left feeling 200% better, smiling, all hydrated, blood sugar levels great, and no appendicitis. Thanks!
