Very bad experience in the ER. I’m trying to follow up and no one calls back. I will be calling the administration offices next week. Nursing staff in the ER extremely poor quality

I was privileged enough to find an Excellent Ob/Gyn for my first baby. Dr. Littefield. Blessed a few months later with our 2nd baby. He and his nurse Lisa provided the BEST care I have ever received, EVER. My Insurance just changed back to SSM, and just in time for us to plan #3. We are thrilled to be back!!!
Shout out to the nurses in SS ICU! Thank you, Josie, Kelly, Amanda, Brian, Allison and everyone who is helping to take of my husband. You have all been wonderful, we are so blessed by the entire team!

My husband had a procedure today and they set up a separate room so that I could pump somewhere that wasn’t a bathroom or our car. Super sweet and so appreciated today! Amazing staff!
I recently underwent a prostatectomy at SSM St Mary’s. The pre-op nurse and CNA were very nice. The post-op Care team of RNs - Jeremy, Katy, Karen, Lori and Tammy - and CNA - Melissa - on 3SW were wonderful! Thank you all for your knowledge, patience, kindness, respect, friendliness, skills and many more descriptors. You are the best!
I don't recommend a single thing about this facility. From the infrastructure, to the nursing staff, to campus security. Aboslutely disappointed in the care received, or lack there of.
