My husband had a stroke while in Madison for a race. With us being from North Carolina it was really hard on us. I had to fly here immediately. We received the most exceptional care we have ever experienced. They took such wonderful care of my husband. Especially Hailey Trimborn his nurse. She made him feel at home..she was so caring. RecommendedJust had Bicep Tendon repair surgery. If I had to do it again I would want the exact same crew from start to finish!! I hate hospitals etc and they made me very comfortable and did an awesome job! Andrea Stitgen and her staff are amazing!!! Thank you all so much for the experience!
My family and I love the nursing staff on the 5th floor. My Mother has been there for a couple of weeks now, and she has said that every single nurse/assistant/doctor/social worker she's come in contact with have been nothing short of amazing. Thank you all so much for helping us through this difficult time and making us feel welcome, even if some of us are up there too much :)
My 91 year old father needed to go to the ER. While there his wedding band "mysteriously" disappeared off his finger. It had not been off his finger for 66 years (in fact I doubt he could even remove it). We asked for weeks for some resolution, and the bottom line from the head of security was that there is nothing that they (St. Mary's) can do for us and it is our responsibility to make sure anyone checking into the ER does not have any valuables on them. So I guess in the future please make sure to not check in to their ER... read more
